Whoa, today hummus for lunch too! It's a typical Middle Eastern food that's widely spread in all the Arabic countries of the area as well as in Israel and it's simply de-li-cio-us! All you need to do it is chickpeas, tehina (which I get from my Israeli friends), a little garlic, some lemon juice and a little olive oil. You need to let it cool down in the fridge after you've blended it all and then, on top of it, you put parsley, paprika and more olive oil. It's delicious with basically anything, but the typical Eastern bread (pita) is what they use to eat it (but if you're short of it, you can as well use Sardinian "spianata" bread). My son and I totally love it!
